Most users find the fit comfortable without any bootfitting help, and a skilled bootfitter can widen the fit for the widest feet. Furthermore, the Hoji Lock walk mode enables you to switch between ski and climb modes easily by simply raising or lowering the rear lever for maximum efficiency.
